Issues with winspy and using dynamic IP find

It was working fine for me to connect to the remote PC with winspy using the dynamic IP find. Now it shows the PC off-line, even though it isn't, and I can still connect if I have the actual IP, but that's it. Everytime the pc is rebooted, a new IP is assigned. Any clue as to why this function would have stopped working or if there is a setting on my end I can change?

I have xp and even tried turning off the firewall (even though it worked fine with it on before). I have also uninstalled and reinstalled winspy and still no luck. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks
