How to set up Microsoft Word on my Acer laptop without using Microsoft packages CD?

My older sister have a laptop and she said you can upload Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint without using the Microsoft Windows Package CD codes? She couldn't explain it to me.

You can download a trial version Office, but its only good for 60 days. To continue to using it afterwards you have to purchase a license key.

I have it, but I didn't I try to use it for the first 60 days and it didn't work. It tell to use license keys and the laptop was new laptop. So why it tell me this?

Because the the time frame for the trial expired and a license key was required to make it work.

Can I download a microsoft words 2010 or 2007 on my laptop and then will it give me license key?

You have to purchase a license key, You can download it, but it will prompt you for a license key when installing.
