how can edit jpg file in excel 2003

Hi i m Deep sidhu.I have scanned documents with jpg file .I wana to open and edit in excell 2003.

Rename file after you rename file put in at end of the new name Example fox.jpg

Hello deep:

A jpg file can't be edited in excell. It's a draw file, and needs to be edited with draw software like Corel...
