Do you know what it is...?

Every time i start-up my windows xp there are 2 rounded icons appearing on the tray that never been there b4, my guess is that's the reason why my task manager wont open... When i pointed the mouse pointer on that 2 icons on the tray the name is (mc58-12-0000137.exe "both icon") then the next day the name change into (mc58-12-0000400.exe "both icon")...

Please help me get rid of these icon... Thanxz...
