Yesterday I was using my lap top which I have Spy Bot Search and Destroy. The search and Destroy kept asking me if I wanted to allow a registry change mutiple times and I repeatedy declined. My computer desk top icons along with start button now continually without stopping, flashing on and off and I need help resetting my desk top to stop this. I am able to work on the computer if I can move fast enough to click onto one of the icons before it flashes away. I tried to restore the computer, the Spy bot registries and even virus scan with no success. can anyone help me
