Angels and Demons. The fall (?)
I'm in up to my neck in research on Angels/Demons and such (Focusing on the beliefs/history of Jewish/Christian/Muslim faiths.
Really interested in the crossover of several Angels from good to bad... (and a few sliding back over to good). The fall, the 2 wars in heaven, Annunaki, etc.
Anyone else up to their eyeballs?
I'd love to chat with an expert.

Have you read, "A Rustle of Angels" by Marilynn Carson Webber and William D. Webber? If you can find a copy of, "The Angels and Us", by Mortimer Adler, you would have great information at your fingertips.
I have not heard of a bad angels crossing back over to being a good angel. That sounds more fictional and not Biblical.

Thanks. I'll look into them both.
The Reference to good angels being declared bad and then being back in the good graces of God is from a source I can't for the life of me remember right now. From what I remember it is referencing multiple biblical texts (and texts that were once sanctioned and then removed from the acceptable roster of christian reading by the Council of Nicea).
I will dig around.
Thanks for the materials, I will look them over!

Satan is supposed to be a fallen angel right? He and a 3rd part of the angels in heaven were thrown out into this world.

Satan was cast out of heaven and into the earth, Rev. 12: 4, 7-9. The devil and a third part of heaven were thrust down. Lucifer rebelled against the Only Begotten Son. Satan sought the glory of the Father and to destroy man spiritually.

I believe you might find your answer in the angelology of the Persians, rather than the bible. It was the prophet Zoroaster who 'recognized' good angels, bad angels, and equivocating angels who straddled the moral fence. Jewish, Christian and Islamic angelology ALL took their lead from the Persian angelology of the sixth century. There is no specific mention of the creation of angels in the Old Testament.
You might want to look into the legend of "Metratron", one of the greatest angels of Jewish mysticism, especially in the Kabbala: He just might be the prototype of your fallen and redeemed angel.

Fallen Angels And The Origins Of Evil by Elizabeth Clare Prophet and the Book Of Enoch are the only two books I have read on the subject. I have never seen any real proof that it is fact, other than the evil in the world today. Could the Neanderthals have been the offspring of the fallen angels and humans? Some think so, some don't. Genesis has to be interpreted very carefully. Was Abel the son of Adam and Cain the son of Satan? If so, did Cain go out into the world and propagate the Demon seed? Are they still walking the earth today causing the wars and greed that is destroying society? I think there is something to it but to which degree is hard to pinpoint. All I know for certain is that there is a force of evil on this planet that is hell bent on destroying us all. From where does it come?

I don't consider myself an expert but I do study demonology extensively and I used to be a devout christian before converting to Wicca.
Before the Fall, Lucifer (Satan) was the angel of music in God's holy court. He was considered to be the most beautiful angel in all of heaven. For some reason, God favored him over any other angel, but since jealousy didn't exist, no one else cared. Then, for some reason, Lucifer started to have an ego and got big-headed and wanted to be God. So, he tried to become God and he gathered 1/3 of all the angels to be on his side. They waged war against God and his millions of angels. Of course, God won, with Gabriel, Michale, Ariel and a host of other Archangels on his side. After the Great War, Michael (either him or Gabriel) threw Lucifer out of heaven and into a pit of darkness along with the 1/3 of rebellious angels. It was this pit that Lucifer decided to call home and it became Hell. Ever since, he's been trying to defeat God.
Of course, its up to you on what you believe, personally I no longer believe this story now that I'm Wiccan and no longer Christian but again, its up to you.

Speak to my colleague Rev. Exmortus. You can find him on Facebook or Microsoft. He has had much experience in demons. He knows more than most, and has studied in aspects of every religion. He goes by the name Fizzle Exmortus and may appear to be your average guy, but he is an ordained reverend and has vast knowledge of the darker side of the supernatural.
