Dissertation idea re Women.

hey am a marketing major and i need some answers.... actually just some help...a basic guideline,suggestion for a final year dissertation... am interested in the input women have in marketing on the whole... also on a holistic basis... the role they play in management...... DOES ANYBODY THINK THAT WOMEN HAVE MORE POWER NOW THAN THEY DID 10 YEARS AGO? did technology evolve the way the human brain accepts change of information...change from the norm-whatever it may have been.just hypothetically i need some feedback......thanks guys
