Windows Registry error

Hi this is my first post and i am not very computer literate. I have been getting a lot of error messages so i decided to reinstall windows xp. This erased all my files and everything like i wanted it to. I have the internet back up and working now but i keep having a windows registry error. From what i have read online this is not something i want to continue to let go. It looks like i need to finish the registry installation or something. Any advice on what i should would be much appreciated. Thanks

chris if you reinstalled xp, the default registry key gets loaded. If you have a registry error after you reformatted the drive and reloaded the OS, you are likely looking at another issue... How do you know, the error is the registry?
