    You will need to take it to a Toshiba service centre for them to reset it as the usual battery pull trick doesn't work.

My wife can’t start her PC O.S is windows XP professional, tried to start it in bios mode but I thought F2 was the right key to press on start up but it doesn’t respond. My PC is same OS and I can’t seem to restart mine in bois either am I pressing the wrong key?
