What is Application.Tool.2?

After a deep scan of my computer,the only issue found was this Application Tool 2,found in C:/system volume information.The problem is that it can't be moved to quarantine,delete or anything,because it is part of an archive.what can i do,and how does it affect my PC?

1. Download and run firefox to protect your from future spyware attacks and pop ups which are coming in through internet explorer (Trojan downloaders, win32 ) .Then update your windows through firefox

2. Run the vundo and combo fix
