does a locker slam when there is none around to here it

Yes. It will make a noise. No one will hear it, but there will still be vibrations in the air, making noise.

Or you could say God is everywhere, so he would hear it.

How about if a deaf person sees it slam.... But there is still nobody there to hear it..
