what is the opposite substance to liquid nitrogen?

what really is the opposite to liquid nitrogen? instead of getting very cold what gets very hot?

There can't be an opposite to a physical object.

I assume you mean what substance could be seen as the opposite end of the spectrum to liquid nitrogen.
Well how about plasma or volcanic larva ?
