Query on Visual Foxpro

I have created a Foxpro application and compiled this using VFP3.0b. The exe and other dbf's are kept in a directory on the server ( HP ML350G4p server with Windows 2000 server OS ). The users who want to run this exe , do it from their respective desktops. Mostly they do data entry and at times take out reports. All the users are a part of one Windows domain.
Recently we shifted one of our users to a new office that is about 300 meters from our office. A network switch was kept in that office which links to the switch in our premises. All users at this new office are able to get their access to the server files. However this particular user who also runs the Foxpro exe file faces a new problem which is not faced by any of the other users in our premises. When he does data entry , after about a few minutes , gets an error " Not enough memory to complete this operation".

Recently a 3010 flat bed scanner was connected and installed in his PC, after which he is getting this error. He had only 256 MB DDR2 RAM and now I have upgraded the RAM capacity to 512 MB. But still this message appears.

Can you guide me to solve this problem.

Thanks & Regards
Rajkumar
