Two things. When you attach the sound make sure you don't have the "link" box checked.
Second, go to tools : options then the general tab. Change the "link sounds with file size greater than" box to something big.

    Hope that helps

I would caution you against sending sounds that automatically play when an e-mail is opened. You don't know where the person will be opening the mail. Playing sounds can cause a problem. I would be very upset with someone that sent me an e-mail that played sounds without my allowing it.

Scottgem, I don't think he intends for the sound to play automatically when the email is opened. The problem is that even when the person who receives the presentation tries to view that presentation they do not hear the sounds that orb intends. I think the problem is clearly that he's liking to the sound, not embedding it.

But I surely agree with you on the point you are making. Forcing someone else to listen or play a sound would be very rude.

attach BOTH power point presentation AND wave file to your Email.
suggest you convert wave file to MP3 = smaller file and more quick download.
    enjoy...
