symptoms of sick goats

Just got a 1 year old beagle, coughing foming at the mouth and sometimes eat and then don't, also gastric sounds..what should I do?

I have bad sore throat, fever 101, back hurts, lethargic... Is there a chance anybody might think they know what I have? Worried about flu of course, or strep or both
