Have you seen the ones where a snake tries to eat a croc in Florida? The snakes are Burmese pythons and have been introduced (abandoned pets) so they are not supposed to meet. They fight for the position as top predator. Unfortunately it is common for both animals to die trying to eat one another - the snake usually bursts!

Yep it's not pretty.

Well usually might be an overstatement but it does happen. The whole alien speices thing is actually quiet serious at the moment. They have teams to try and remove the snakes.
