Cashing in 401k to invest in buisness

Cashing in 401k to invest in buisness

I am looking for some direction in transferring my 401k (from previous employer) into a self-directed fund which will allow me to invest it into my business, of which I am the majority shareholder, yet do not have more than 50% of overall shares. Can anyone help?
