salary and vacation

i just got paid 40 hours for 1 weeks paid vacation..but the 4th of juky is on the same week as my vacation was...do i get straight 40 hours pay or do i get 40 hours vacation plus 8 hours holiday pay?

if i am a salaried employee getting paid for 40 hours per week and i just got paid for the week of 4th of july as my vacation week. do i get paid a regular $1000 for my week or do i get the $1000 plus a paid holiday for 4th of july?

You get paid for the week. Your vacation allotment should have been debited with 4 days.
