I'm calculating the IRR of an investment with semestral payback, eg.:
time0 -1000
t0 + 6 months +800
t0 + 12 months +700

if I calculate the IRR with excell I just have to insert the cash flows datas,by doing that, excell will calculate the IRR. But how to get an annual one if the paybacks are every 6 months?
