Each municipality within states will dictate how to enforce a judgment with a wage garnishment.

It will involve completing various forms and filing them with the Clerk of Court, who can explain the process to you (but they can't give legal advice).

Bear in mind that to get a garnishment (of wages or bank account), you must have a judgment against the individual.
