Need Help with a church Estimate

I need help pricing a total of 12,000 sf church in Michigan. 3 SEPERATE BUILDINGS same compound.
Here are the specs.:

Building 1 (cleaned weekly) on Thursday
(1st floor)
-Main sanctuary= 564 s.f
balcony is upstairs part of santuary 893 s.f
2 nursery room= 325 sf ea.
2 single restrooms=30 s.f ea.
Hallway carpeted=595 s.f
2 classrooms 150 s.f ea.
kitchen 252 sf
Total aprox 6100 s.f
B]Building 1 (cleaned weekly) on Thursday
(upper level)[/b]
5 classrooms aprox 370 sf ea.
1 single restroom 35 sf
dust, wipe, desinfect everythin that comes in contact with peoples hands such as: staples, chalk board, everthing on each desk in each office and classroom. Interior windows to be cleaned once a month only. aprx. 10 windows. each mat under every desk to be moped as well. Baptism tube to be cleaned as needed.

Building 2 (cleaned weekly) on Friday
(1st floor)-
Office 1= 288 sf
Office 2=204 sf
Office 3=160 sf
Conference= 280 sf
secretaries room= 216 sf
Get together/fellowship room= 528 sf
Single restroom/coffe room=35 sf

Aprox. 1,675 sf total
Building 2 (cleaned weekly) on Friday
(2nd floor/basement)- Youth center.
-Class open area=750 sf
-second half is open area for recreation, pool table, etc- 455 s.f
wiped down, dusted, vacuumed, main door spot cleaned weekly.
Aprox total sf=1,200 sf

Building 3 (cleaned weekly) on Friday
-Portable building. with chairs and tables. to be dusted, wiped down, swept, & moped. interior windows (apro 6 windows) to be cleaned on a monthly basis only.
-One single restroom
total sf=846 sf


I am not sure how to price this job. I was thinking 12 man hours? Please help if you can. Thank you!!
