I'm 35, how can I find out if I have money in 401k and can I withdraw it now. Emergency

If you are enrolled in a 401(k) you should be receiving regular account statements - perhaps once per quarter. There should be contact information on the statement on how to call the plan administrator - they could then answer any questions you might have. If you don't have a statement handy, ask your HR department at work how to contact the administrator.

You have have signed up to be included ina 401K plan. In addition, generally such plans, require employee contributions before the employer contributes anything. So if you haven't been having monies taken out of your paycheck its unlikely uou have a plan.

Even if you do have money in a plan, your ability to access it is very limited and subject to extreme penalities.
