I need some advice. What do you do when you are approved for a car loan, trade your car in, sign the required paper work, drive off the lot and then told a week later that the bank is denying to finance your car because of a phone interview? Do you think that the dealership should give me my money back or my car. If so, how do I go about retrieving my car or getting the price of my trade-in without paying fees to the dealership. Do I have any rights? Am I responsible for anything because the dealer told me that everything was taken care of and approved the same day I drove the car off the lot. Let me know. I NEED HELP!!!
