I Need My Child Support
Hello I am a 12 year old boy and I need my father to pay my child support and I have been searching for him for all these years. Then I found this site but he works under the table and the government can't find what to do. Please help things are getting worse for me and my mom all the time. So what should I do??

Your mom will need an attorney and sue in court for the support, some states have a min amount even if the other party is not working.
But though court, she can get bank records, or show house he is living in, car he is driving and the such, also if he is working under the table if the place he works gets served with court papers, they may decide to confess.
