I Was At A Job For 5 1/2 Years So I Am Fully Vested On Their 401k Plan. I Have Been Gone From That Job For A Year Now. They Called Me In December To Ask Me If I Was Going To Roll Over Or Cash Out Ym 401k. I Want To Cash Out. First Thet Told Me I Neeede To Wait For The Year End Close. Now Its May And They Still Giving Me The Run Around. They Tell Me They Are Waiting For A Form In The Mail But When I Called The Company They Said That My Old Employer Has To Print The Form On Their Website. What Can I Do???
