about my SSD

i posted a while ago about my husband being garnished 25% of his co and then finding out they took money out of the bank on top of being garnished, the problem is that in oregon you cannot from my understanding take someones SSD ck it is only a measly 480 dollars and that is what i pay my morgage with and rent is paid separately so how could they legally do this that was my money in there and that is how i pay my part of the morgage not my morgage cked bounced and it is due again on the 31 st of this month it was late to begin with i am afraid of loosing this mobile home there just has to be something i can do to get this back that was my SSD money.
