    Can I down load Microsoft word to my blackberry and use it as a computer with files and all

    Depends on which Blackberry you have. Mine's an older one that will not allow it, but I do believe newer ones have a blackberry version of MS apps that can be installed on them.

    Which model do you have and who is your service provider?

    Here's the page of software available for that model that I got from Blackberry's site:

    I see that eOffice includes Word and Excel. Browse the site a bit; maybe you can find Word by itself if that's what you want.
