Mayans say 2012 is end of world

16 Answers I dotn know the full story but does anyone believe this? I find it scary They said December 21 2012 the world was going to end... Let's discuss this ^.^ |

| Well... I didn't get to much backround info on the topic... I didn't exactly google it.. Maybe I should. To me, end of the world is just everyone dying from some horrible natrual disaster. Actually, like the religios way Flods Fires Diseases Then Jesus comes ans takes good people. | ||||

| Hey just cause you are not Mayan doesn't mean you shouldn't know about this. I don't consider my self catholic any more but I still believe in SOME of the things I have heard. The Mayans didn't mean the end of the world as in the world BOOM life ends it means this is a time of transition from one World Age into another. The message they give concerns our making a choice of how we enter the future ahead. Our moving through with either resistance or acceptance will determine whether the transition will happen with cataclysmic changes or gradual peace and tranquility. | December 21, 2012 is when the Mayan calendar ends. It's about as shocking as the fact that your desk calendar ends on December 31, 2008. Doesn't mean anything other than the person that was calculating the calendar decided to stop calculating cause he figured 500 years in the future was far enough away that he didn't need to go further. | ||||
