I think it will be wonderful if he gets in. I think it will certainly aid in the US's somewhat tarnished (rightly or wrongly) reputation and how they are viewed by many around the world. His ability to unite people i think will far outweigh any question marks on his experience. And i like what i think excon says. Yes, I have read the bible, OT perhaps the book of Ruth who was a judge over the people. The bible has no rules on civil authorities but has to many rules about women being over men on religious matters.

Since except for OT rules, the bible does not have requirements for civil rulers, except that we are to obey them.
