Wrongly accused.

in school i found a container and i didnt know what it was... then my deans called me down and asked to search me and said the container had cannibis in it and now im getting a ticket. i didnt even know what it was. they said it had residue in it. how can i get out of it??

honestly most likely not, you found something that was not yours, and you did not know what it was, and you basicly put it in your pocket.

not wanting to sound mean but as a police officer we called that
guilty by stupidity

You can tell them your story but will they beleive it ?

I don't think you were wrongly accused. It's illegal to possess pot. You did.

That doesn't mean you can't beat it, but you're going to need a lawyer. If you have the money, hire the best one you can afford. You do know that justice ain't free, don't you?
