Wondering about fast food restaurant claims

Ok, I went to KFC and got a sandwich. I got home and started eating it. Half way through it I bit into something strange when I checked it was a finger off of a glove (the kind they wear when they make the sandwich. Do I have a case? Because it could've been my 3 yr old eating it and he could of choked on it. Also I don't know if any of these people have a disease, I can't really go check because I don't have health insurance so can I do anything, because the manager just told me he would remake the sandwich or give me a refund, and to me that's not good enough.

I don't know how that could have happened. They do not cut meat there, at least not at the two locations here where I live. If you truly believe this happened and have your evidence, contact an attorney.

Unfortunately you don't have any kind of case as you did not suffer any damages. For you to have any sort of case, you would have prove that damage has occurred, such as an illness.

What you can do is report it to their regional manager, and possibly your local health department. I don't know where you are in the world, but here is a US link for KFC. Welcome to KFC.com
