Will I violate probation?

I have to see my p.o., I am Going to give him a dirty test, it's my first time on probation and in trouble (GM) (embezzlement.) it's not just thc dirty either. What might I expect?

Well it certainly isn't going to help make your sentence any shorter. If they catch you doing drugs well you go to jail duh! Probation gives you a chance to better yourself behave and do your time out of bars. But if you can't stay away from drugs for your sentence maybe you should get a harsher sentence.

It will depend on the probation officer, some may because they will feel you are not even trying, showing up dirty on the first test.

Others will read you a riot act and tell you if they get you again, it is matching braclets for you.

But you need to forget about that worry and worry about fixing your life and get off of drugs

How do you know it came up dirty....THC stay in for a long time....but the rest is out fairly short except for V's and Xanex

It depnds on the probation officer and the city/coutny is it in a large city ? They could take you back in front of the judge ...or they could just put you on colorr code or daily possible pee tests....
Dont pee dirty....if possible give blood and don't use anything for 7 days prior....
