    Hello drunk:

1 in 4. How will they know?? If you get busted in the other state, they'll know.

If you have a valid and reasonable excuse for leaving the state, contact your PO and ask for permission.

Whether you chance it depends on how badly you want to spend time in jail - it's a roll of the dice. One person who is angry with you finds out and calls it in and you're back in custody!

Trying not to judge but I have a vested interest in driving while intoxicated charges - my cousin was killed by a DWI driver.

I am concerned that you are on probation for 3 more years on a DWI charge and choose the name "Drunk" to post your concerns -

Do you think this is a joke?

Keep reading - I already answered it a couple of posts ago to the best of my ability. My thought was - "How badly do you want to go to jail?" Then decide whether it's worth the risk if you are caught.

    Hello again, drunk:

    Let's get specific here.

I've been on probation. I know how easy it is to get a travel permit. So, the question I have for you, is why don't you want to get one.

Your other two questions are IMPOSSIBLE to answer. You want us to give you odds, and you want to know how your PO can find out.

First off, we're not bookmakers or mindreaders here. I don't know who you are. I don't know what you're going to do. I don't know if you'll get drunk and tear up the town. I don't know if you're going to drink. I don't know what the HELL you're going to do in the next state. But, it probably ain't too cool, or you'd get permission.

I also know that you don't care much about rules. Given the above, I think you stand a pretty good chance of screwing up.

How would they know?? Dude! There's a jillion ways they could find out. You're probably planning on one of them.
