Five years ago I bought a trailor and put my name and girl friend on the title. I have been making the payments on the trailor even though I did not live there. I now have broke up with my girl friend and want to get out of making payments on the trailor. She does not have any income and her 24 year old son lives in with her who is disabled. I would say that she owes me for the payments I have made up to now and that she has to buy me out in order to stay in trailor. Please tell me what her rights are and also mine.
