Tape Recorded Conversations

Is it legal to tape record someones conversation in Virginia. I have a tape of an
individual whom is attempting to cover up fault in an accident and blame the victom
in hopes that it will not come back on him personally

States that prohibit taping conversations without the permission of all parties are Pennsylvania, California, Florida, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Montana, New Hampshire, Oregon and Washington.
I didn't see anything about Virginia law but even if the Judge does listen to it they can say they are not going to give it much weight.

Well VA is a one party consent state, which means as long as one party is aware of the taping its legal.
