Waht is the statute of limitations on a credit card law suit and what is the influence of chapter 13 bancruptcy on the statute Does the statute extend if somebody was in chapter 13 bancruptcy for 2 years in the meantime which failed

If payments were applied to this debt, under the Chap 13 plan, the the statute has been reset, effective from the date the last payment was received.
