Obtaining copy of marriage certificate

My parents were married in Chaumont Air Base in France back in 1958. I need to obtain a copy of their marriage certificate. I am having trouble finding where I need to write to in order to be able to obtain the marriage certificate. My father was in the Air Force and my mother was from France. If anyone reading this can give me some direction as to where I can begin to look, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you.
