selling car to spouce
i would like to sell my truck to my husband. we live in north carolina. is there any laws against this?

Nope, unless you're trying to avoid reposession. Plus, if NC is a community property state, he already owns half the truck, and if you sell it to him, you'll STILL own half the truck.
