    Sc law on roommates
I have a room mate that has lived with my husband and I for about 6 months. He is not on the lease but does pay rent each month. We want to evict him but want to go about it the right way, Legally the only thing I need to do is give him a 30 day notice correct? Then he has until that date to be gone, and if he's not then we take it to court? I live in SC and Im not sure what the state law is here on residents.
