Rights of a Non Tenant

Asked Jun 5, 2012, 11:01 AM — 2 Answers
A friend of mine let a friend move in, only to help her out. It has now been five years. The woman has consumed his home with all of her belongings. She pays no rent or any utilities. What are his rights to move her out. This is all in the State of Oregon. They are not married.

They will need to be evicted just as any other renter, it does not matter that they are not paying rent, you give them notice and if they don't move, you file for an eviction.
