repudiation journal needed desperately

If anyone gets the Law Magazine or has any Law related journal from Oct 2007 and it has an article about repudiation of informal contract (page8-10 possibly), can you please let me know, I have an essay due Monday and the place I was due to get this article no longer has it...big trouble!

Or any article relating to repudiation of construction contracts?
