Repossessed mobile home on my private property
I have a piece of property in California that has a mobile home on it that I don't own that was recently repossessed by a mortgage company. Can I put a lien on it for back rent if I didn't have a contract with prior owner? (I bought property last year and mobile home was on it already) The bank says they will be selling mobile home, but who pays the rent in the meantime?
