    Probation Termination
    Does anyone know how to apply for early termination for probation, is there a form or do I just write the judge

    Early termination
    The judge will be the only one to allow that. If you have done most of your manditory probation time and have a real good reason like a job or school, you should have a fairly good chance. Write the judge a letter and include all pertinant information and see what happens. Make sure you have paid everything off and also include reciepts in you letter.

    Yes the judge is the only one that can let you off early, as stated all fines, probation fees and money due will have to have been paid. If you used an attorney in the case at trial, you may see if he will do a formal petition to the court.
