What are the laws about frozen bank accounts ?

Our bank account was recently frozen by Rubin and Rothmen over a debt we were disputing regarding a vehicle we leased. We filed a validation of default judgement and the judge signed it. We have mailed it to the plaintiffs attorney. Do they now have to unfreeze our account? What is the law regarding this?

Hello lewis:

If the judgment as been set aside, then yes, they have to unfreeze your account.

However, it's unclear from what you've said, that that's what happened.
