I am sorry, but you don't control the block, they do, you can answer and tell them that, or if they are hassament calls, report it to the police who can look and find the number.

Right after they call, you can dial *98 (I think), and you will be connected to the last caller. Ask them who they are?

I think you can get something on your phone that when someone calls your house with a blocked number it tells them to take off the block and call back. I think it's called Anonymous Call Block. I don't know what phone company you deal with but I think It's with verizon. Ask your local phone
