Paying miuimum wage

My employer employs disabled people and he has a sign that is cleary posted in on the bulliten board and his place is cetrfied to pay special wages to disabled workers. What is the most that collection agenices can garnish? I get paid special wages because I am a disabled worker.

They can garnish your wages the same as any other employee, special wages because you're disable are still wages.
