My Boyfriend was driving my car as his broke, it was not insured and he got rear ended by a chain reaction of 2 other cars....If the other parties have auto insurance will their Insurance companies pay for my damage. I live in California and it is not a No Fault state but a Comparative fault state with Tort Law....My damages are pretty extensive, no bodily injuries....the middle car that got pushed into my car was totaled, the woman was rushed to hospital and the rear car driver ran off, the passanger of the rear car was intoxicated with alcholhol and drugs in the car, spoke very little english and was arrested. the rear car was registered and the police went looking for the owner...Please help as I need my car fixed...Thx
