name of ethical board in pennsylvania

what is name of the ethical board in PA. I've called what directory assistance sent me to as the Bar but it just rings and rings no answer, no a/m. I'm thinking of reporting him for holding the money. Sorry this is totally new to me and the accident gave me rheumatoid arthirits in my lower limbs so i don't get out much.

If you did, what did they tell you? If you didn't, THAT is where your first call should be. Is this your first attempt at collecting??? We need to know a little more. excon
