Do I file a motion to vacate an award in federal or state court when the case is a civil dispute?

Hello marsha:

If the arbitration was done under the act you mention, I would READ the act to determine how an appeal is to be accomplished. You can read it in your courthouse law library.

I'm sure, however, since it was a state act that allowed the aribitration, it's going to be a state court that you file your appeal in.
