I just inherited a commercial building from my mothers estate. One of my brothers has been using it for storage of his salvage junk(copper,aluminum savage etc...) as you can expect junk) It has now been a year and a half since our mothers passing and he knew I was going to inherit the building. I wish to use it in a business venture. What are the legal steps in getting him to get the junk out or is the propertys contents now mine? Does he have to pay if I hire someone to remove it? ???
